The winner of last week's challenge, #284, is Amy!!  Congratulations, be sure to email Kimmie to get your KKS Giftcard!

Have you joined the Kraftin Kimmie's Krafty Friends fb group??  It's the best place to keep up with all of the goings on as well as sharing YOUR creations and getting inspired by other Krafty Friends' creations!!!

Frugal Friday specials are UP!!!!!  Frugal Friday is a GREAT way to stock up on some of those goodies on your wishlists!

In addition to the great Krafty Challenges & Wonderful Wednesday, each month we will post a Sketch.  The sketch will last all month long and if you use it in ANY of our Challenges or WW's during that month you will get an additional chance to win a store gift card!  You do NOT have to use the sketch, it's just a little extra boost for your mojo if ya need it!  Here is June's sketch...
Now create a card, scrapbook page or altered item with a Kraftin' Kimmie Stamp or any other stamp and be sure to use our THEME as a starting point for your creation!!!  You will have until June 26th at 11:55 pm EST to get your entries in!
Pull out those fabby stamps and play along!  Have some krafty fun and join us this week!!

Danielle here as your hostess for the theme of this week's challenge.
I've been kind of experimenting lately with different techniques and styles
so I thought it would be fun to make my challenge "Try Something New"!
Now don't let that scare you... it doesn't have to be a technique or style.
Your "try something new" could be a new color combo that you might not
have tried otherwise, or a new embellishment (like wood or charms or washi
tape).  It could also be using a new/different type of coloring medium.
For example, I usually color with copics - but it might be fun to use
pencils or crayons instead.  If you are really not so hot on trying something
new then use a new stamp and make a creation to share with us.
Not so scary right??!  Just tell us what your "New" is please.

My "try something new" is using two different water techniques.
The first one on the right is made with water and candy sprinkles
(you know, the kind you put on your cupcakes or donuts) and
the second card is made by watercoloring and then dropping
some kosher salt crystals on the wet panel. FUN!

Now go check out the rest of the amazing creations by my lovely
Krafty teammates - you'll be so glad you did!!
